As CEO & Founder of GiftCardRescue, Kwame’s main responsibility is making our customers happy. He does this through setting the strategic direction of the company and hiring incredible people to help realize that vision. As a serial entrepreneur he is also founder of Bold Rewards, a site where businesses can acquire bulk gift cards for their incentive, sales and employee rewards programs. Previously, he worked for Citigroup for 7 years.
Kwame holds an M.B.A from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, and a B.A cum laude from Middlebury College. When not thinking about his next business idea, he enjoys Crossfit, politics and traveling around the world experiencing different cultures.
Bill has been developing websites for 15 years and has been in the computer industry for over 20 years. After three years in Victoria, BC, Canada he has returned to live in Scotland, at the foot of the Angus Glens.

Business Development Manager
Alex joined GiftCardRescue in early 2011, bringing sales and business development expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. While not working, he enjoys bass fishing, Baltimore Ravens football, Led Zeppelin, and Indian Pale Ales.
Operations & Customer Service Manager
Natalyn Obey joined GiftCardRescue.com in April 2009. She started as a part-time processor while attending college full time. Throughout her career at GiftCardRescue.com, Natalyn has developed a reputation for always going above and beyond to get the job done. She has worked her way into many roles, leading to her current position as Operations Manager. As a GiftCardRescue.com team member, she focuses on exceeding company and customer expectations.
Natalyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Design from Towson University. While away from the work, she enjoys Gospel and Hip-Hop music, natural hair design, and creating hand-crafted jewelry.
Chief Information Officer
Ngutifafa (Fafa) Paku is the Chief Information Officer at GiftCardRescue.com. He received his M.S. in Information and Telecommunications Systems from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, and holds a B.A in Computer Science from Middlebury College.
Fafa joined GiftCardRescue.com in early 2008. One of his favorite stories about the early days of the company is when he had to step in and run the company for two weeks (while the CEO was out of the Country) – processing gift card orders on his dining table. He has enjoyed watching the company grow from its humble beginnings to the multi-million dollar business it is today.
In addition to his responsibilities at GiftCardRescue.com, Fafa is also a Sr. Software Engineer with the Student and Administrative Solutions team at Johns Hopkins University.

Carrie joined GiftCardRescue.com in late 2012, bringing with her marketing and social media expertise. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Marketing from Salisbury University. As the writer for the GiftCardRescue.com blog, she is passionate about finding new ways for consumers to maximize their savings. While not working, Carrie enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay, Maryland Blue Crabs, and Vinyasa Yoga.
