Guarantee/Return Policy
Our goal is to make our customers happy and satisfied with our level of service. We will give you a full refund of your money under the following conditions:
1. If the gift card you received is not the gift card you purchased or selected for your exchange, or
2. If the value of the gift card you received is different from what was advertised or indicated at checkout
A full refund will be made if the gift card is returned within 7 days of receipt and meets the criteria outlined above. Refunds will be made up to 28 days from the date of receipt. All refunds after 7 days but within 28 days of receipt will incur a $5 or 20% administration charge (whichever is greater). No refunds will be granted after 28 days. All refunds will be given to the person who purchased the gift card and the money will be refunded directly to their PayPal or Google Checkout account. To request a refund, you MUST return your gift card via certified mail, along with a cover letter detailing the reason for your refund request to:

Bankruptcy Policy
Customers holding gift cards purchased through GiftCardRescue.com will be reimbursed for any loss incurred on the gift card should the merchant file for bankruptcy within one year of the gift card purchase (If the merchant is no longer honoring gift cards during the bankruptcy). The gift card must have a verifiable balance for customers to qualify for reimbursement. Contact customer service with your claim at
