All Plastic and Paper Gift Cards purchased at GiftCardRescue.com come with money back guarantee for 60 days from the date of purchase. There is a $1,000 per customer lifetime limit. We will give you a full refund if:
All refund claims MUST be submitted by emailing email@example.com. Once we receive your email request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the gift card to us, along with an affidavit, which you must fill out and mail to us.
No refunds will be issued after 60 days from the date of purchase. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. BY PURCHASING A GIFT CARD FROM GIFTCARDRESCUE.COM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY.
Refunds will be made directly to the credit card of the buyer. Alternatively, buyers requesting a refund may elect to have a credit applied to their GiftCardRescue.com account to be used towards their next purchase.
Customers who cancel their gift card purchases in order to buy cards from the same merchant at a higher price will be banned from the site. Order cancellations that fall outside our refund criteria, if granted will be subject to a 20% re-processing fee.
Electronic Gift Cards sales are final and cannot be returned. Any card issues or discrepancies must be reported via email within 24 hours of receipt of the card information on your GiftCardRescue.com account. All claims MUST be submitted by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
