Guarantee/Return Policy
All gift cards purchased at GiftCardRescue.com come with a 100% money back guarantee. Unlike other websites that offer limited guarantees that only last for a month or two, at GiftCardRescue, we stand behind our gift cards. We will give you a full refund if:
- The gift card you received is not the card you purchased, or
- If the value on the gift card you received is different from what was advertised or indicated at checkout.
Refunds will be made directly to the credit card of the buyer. Alternatively, buyers requesting a refund may elect to have a credit applied to their GiftCardRescue.com account to be used towards their next purchase. To request a refund or exchange, you MUST return your gift card via certified mail, along with a cover letter detailing the reason for your refund request.
No refunds will be issued after six (6) months of gift card purchase.

Bankruptcy Policy
Beginning on November 1, 2008, customers holding gift cards purchased through GiftCardRescue.com will be reimbursed for any loss incurred on the gift card should the merchant file for bankruptcy within six months of the gift card purchase (If the merchant is no longer honoring gift cards during the bankruptcy). The gift card must have a verifiable balance for customers to qualify for reimbursement. Contact customer service with your claim at customerservice@giftcardrescue.com. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the bankruptcy to be eligible for reimbursement.
