Giftcardrescue.com, LLC (‘Giftcardrescue.com’ or ‘Giftcardrescue’) reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.

1. Use of Our Service

Your use of and browsing in this website are at your own risk. Neither Giftcardrescue.com nor any other party involved in the creation, production or delivery of the website is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the site. Giftcardrescue.com also assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, use of, or browsing in the site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio materials from the site.

4. Pricing

Giftcardrescue.com reserves the right to alter retail prices at any time without prior notice. Placing items in your shopping cart does not guarantee they will be available when you are ready to buy them. Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price. Giftcardrescue.com cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite Giftcardrescue.com’s best efforts for accuracy, occasionally an item’s price on Giftcardrescue.com website may be inaccurate. If an item’s true price is lower than the one displayed on the website, Giftcardrescue.com will charge you the correct lower price. If a product’s correct retail price is higher than the price displayed on the “Buy Gift Cards” screen, Giftcardrescue.com will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail before shipping to notify you of the cancellation of the order. This policy applies to products sold and shipped by Giftcardrescue.com.

Our pricing changes constantly based on supply and demand for gift cards, among other factors. GiftCardRescue.com does not refund money back to customers who purchased a gift card at a particular price and now want to be able to purchase those cards at a higher discount or refunded the difference in price.

Customers who cancel their gift card purchases in order to buy cards from the same merchant at a higher price will be banned from the site. Cancellation requests have to be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hour time period, cancellation requests will incur a 20% re-processing fee. Please email your request to customerservice@giftcardrescue.com. If your order has already been shipped, your refund will incur a 20% re-processing fee to cancel your order.

Advertisements on Giftcardrescue.com are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on Giftcardrescue.com and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a confirmation to your email address. That confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with Giftcardrescue.com, LLC which operates Giftcardrescue.com.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and that at any time to correct, cancel, reject or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or charged to your credit card. We will promptly issue a refund to your credit card within 7 to 10 business days if an order has been charged for a purchase and subsequently cancelled.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are issued subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice at any time. Giftcardrescue.com reserves the right to stop coupon codes being used against specific cards. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

Competition Prizes, Special Offers & Promotional Vouchers

These vouchers cannot be exchanged, extended or refunded.

Canceled Gift Card Sale

Customers who mail packages to us and want their packages to be returned must send us a stamped, self addressed envelope provided the transaction has not yet been processed. We reserve the right to recover processing cost (up to 10% of order value) for canceled transactions that have already been processed. Processing costs may be recovered via the sale of gift cards in the package.

Mailing of Checks

GiftCardRescue.com reserves the right to hold gift card orders while we follow up with customers on source of gift cards, verify customer identity and collect additional information. We may also request purchase receipts for high value gift cards before we make payment. This process may take up to 10 business days after receipt of your gift card(s) and also depends on how fast the customer is able to supply the requested information.

Mailing a gift card to GiftCardRescue.com does not guarantee that the card will be purchased. We reserve the right to reject gift cards shipped to us for any reason, if we determine that purchasing the card will result in financial or reputation risk to our company.

Shipping Policy

Note: If you purchase gift cards from GiftCardRescue.com and do not receive your cards within 10 business days after your order was placed, contact GiftCardRescue.com IMMEDIATELY. We are not able to investigate or refund claims reported after 10 business days. BY PURCHASING A GIFT CARD FROM GIFTCARDRESCUE.COM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS POLICY. GiftCardRescue.com will be responsible for shipping orders as per the shipping speed selected by the customer at the time the order was placed. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed but may take longer. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders made during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped on Wednesday. GiftCardRescue.com may also hold orders at our discretion to verify additional information and/or clear any discrepancies related to the address, method of payment, or identity of the consumer. If your order is held for further verification, it will be shipped once the verification is completed using the shipping speed selected at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned/delayed for any reason.

Shipping Speed Information

Shipping speeds are designed to recommend the most secure shipping options available based on the value of the gift card order.

GiftCardRescue.com Standard, 2 Day, and Next Day Shipping:

  • Delivery time measured in business days.
  • GiftCardRescue.com works with a number of professional shipping carriers; your order will be shipped by the carrier that can best meet the guaranteed delivery time.
  • We cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.
  • If you need your order faster, select Rush Processing – which means the order will be shipped first thing the following business day.
  • We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
  • Orders made during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped on Wednesday.
  • We do not offer International shipping options at this time.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason
  • Orders made during peak season (December – Feb) may be subject to additional processing delay, up to an extra 3 business days.

GiftCardRescue.com, at our discretion, may upgrade the shipping method for extra protection. Packages typically arrive within 3 – 5 business days after they are shipped but may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive if the U.S. Postal Service encounters any delays. Where applicable, GiftCardRescue.com will provide the customer a tracking number as proof that the order has been shipped. Please be aware that the U.S. Postal Service is not required to update tracking information while the package is in transit and may only update the tracking information when the package is delivered. In the rare occasion where a package is lost in the mail, GiftCardRescue.com will begin a refund process only after 15 business days from the date the package was shipped.

GiftCardRescue.com only ships to the billing address of the credit card holder. Customers agree that the billing address provided to GiftCardRescue.com is a valid address and that the customer or a member of their household will be available to take delivery and where required, sign for the package. Once the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the billing address provided by the customer (and where applicable, signed for by someone at that billing address), GiftCardRescue.com LLC shall be absolved from any and all claims of non-receipt of the package. BY PURCHASING A GIFT CARD FROM GIFTCARDRESCUE.COM, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THIS PACKAGE DELIVERY AND RECIEPT POLICY.

Order Delays

During peak periods (December – February) gift card orders may take considerably longer to process – up to 5 business days for gift cards purchased to be shipped and up to 7 business days for gift cards sold to GiftCardRescue.com to be processed for payment upon receipt.

Goods Not As Described Policy

Customers should check the balance on their gift cards within 7 days after receipt of their gift cards. If there is a balance discrepancy, the customer is required to contact GiftCardRescue.com immediately at 1-877-800-4413 or at Customerservice@giftcardrescue.com. If there is a balance discrepancy, GiftCardRescue.com will either replace the card or refund the purchase (after the claim has been investigated with the Merchant). The Refund process generally takes 10 business days to complete.

Fraudulent & Suspicious Transactions

While majority of gift card sales and purchases are genuine, people with the intention of committing fraud have sometimes attempted to use stolen funds to buy gift cards from GiftCardRescue.com or sell gift cards purchased with stolen funds. GiftCardRescue.com reserves the right to hold gift card orders while we follow up with customers on source of gift cards/funds. Mailing a gift card to GiftCardRescue.com does not guarantee that the card will be purchased. We reserve the right to reject gift cards shipped to us for any reason, if we determine that purchasing the card will result in financial or reputation risk to our company. We may also request purchase receipt for high value gift cards or additional information before we make payment.

Should GiftCardRescue.com decide not to purchase your gift card for whatever reason, you will be contacted (via email) to mail in a self-addressed stamped envelope for us to return your card to you. GiftCardRescue.com is not responsible for any gift cards being returned to the customer once they leave our facility. We therefore recommend that you purchase tracking for your package.

If your order is flagged for further review, you agree to provide the requested information in a timely manner to help speed up the processing of your order. Customers that fail to verify their order or provide us the requested information for verification must claim their gift cards within 30 days from the date GiftCardRescue.com acknowledges receipt of their gift card (by sending in a self-addressed stamped envelope). Gift cards not claimed within the 30-day time frame will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.

Similarly, GiftCardRescue.com reserves the right to hold gift card purchases while we follow up with the customer to verify buyer information and identity. Customers purchasing expedited shipping (shipping options other than the Free Super Saver Shipping) or rush processing should note that their orders would only be shipped after any required verification is successfully completed. Expedited or rush processing fees will NOT be refunded should the shipping of the order be delayed beyond the 2-business day processing time due to additional verification requirements.

The sale of stolen property or the perpetration of fraud on GiftCardRescue.com is strictly forbidden and violates the law. We strongly support law enforcement efforts to recover any stolen property that is listed on GiftCardRescue.com, and we urge the prosecution of those responsible for knowingly attempting to sell such items on GiftCardRescue.com or otherwise engaging in criminal fraudulent activity. Stolen property includes items taken from private individuals, as well as property taken without authorization from companies or government entities. Fraudulent activity includes use conversion, or sale to a third party of any card or product sold to GiftCardRescue.com. GiftCardRescue.com will actively work with gift card issuers, processors, and other gift card service providers, as well as appropriate law enforcement services, to thwart any activities involving stolen, fraudulent, or other illegal uses or cards.

Plastic and Paper Gift Card Return Policy

All Plastic and Paper Gift Cards purchased at GiftCardRescue.com come with money back guarantee for 60 days from the date of purchase. There is a $1,000 per customer lifetime limit. We will give you a full refund if:

  • The gift card you received is not the card you purchased, or
  • The value on the gift card you received is different from what was advertised or indicated at checkout, or
  • If you do not receive the Gift Card you purchased within (3) weeks of the date of purchase.

All refund claims MUST be submitted by emailing refunds@giftcardrescue.com. Once we receive your email request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the gift card to us, along with an affidavit, which you must fill out and mail to us.


Refunds will be made directly to the credit card of the buyer. Alternatively, buyers requesting a refund may elect to have a credit applied to their GiftCardRescue.com account to be used towards their next purchase.

Customers who cancel their gift card purchases in order to buy cards from the same merchant at a higher price will be banned from the site. Order cancellations that fall outside our refund criteria, if granted will be subject to a 20% re-processing fee.

Electronic Gift Card Return Policy

Electronic Gift Cards sales are final and cannot be returned. Any card issues or discrepancies must be reported via email within 24 hours of receipt of the card information on your GiftCardRescue.com account. All claims MUST be submitted by emailing refunds@giftcardrescue.com or customerservice@giftcardrescue.com.

A customer must be at least 18 years of age or older to use GiftCardRescue.com services.
